Sec. 55.804. DISSOLUTION USING PROCEDURE FOR ABOLITION OF DISTRICTS IN CHAPTER 56 . A district may dissolve voluntarily in the manner provided for the dissolution of districts in Chapter 56 of this code, and the provisions in that chapter shall control the abolition of the district and the legal consequences of abolition.
