Sec. 5.1773. COMPLAINT ASSESSMENT.
(a)The commission annually shall conduct a comprehensive analysis of the complaints it receives, including analysis by the following categories:
(1)air;
(2)water;
(3)waste;
(4)priority classification;
(5)region;
(6)commission response;
(7)enforcement action taken; and
(8)trends by complaint type.
(b)In addition to the analysis required by Subsection (a), the commission shall assess the impact of changes made in the commission's complaint policy.
