Sec. 30.106. SUPERVISION BY TEXAS COMMISSION ON ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY. The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality is authorized to exercise continuing supervision on behalf of the state of comprehensive plans prepared under this chapter.
