Sec. 26.135. EFFECT ON OTHER LAWS.
(a)Nothing in this chapter affects the powers and duties of the commission and the Railroad Commission of Texas with respect to injection wells as provided in Chapter 27 of this code.
(b)The commission shall continue to exercise the authority granted to it in Chapter 1901 , Occupations Code.
