Sec. 17.073. WATER DEVELOPMENT AND ECONOMICALLY DISTRESSED AREAS CLEARANCE FUNDS.

(a)The Texas Water Development Clearance Fund, referred to as the "clearance fund," is a special fund in the State Treasury. Transfers shall be made from this fund as provided by this subchapter.
(b)The Economically Distressed Areas Clearance Fund is a special fund in the State Treasury. Transfers shall be made from this fund as provided by this subchapter.
