Sec. 16.181. BOARD MAY SELL OR LEASE PROJECTS.
(a)The board may sell, transfer, or lease, to the extent of its ownership, a project acquired, constructed, reconstructed, developed, or enlarged with money from the state participation account.
(b)The board shall obtain the approval of the attorney general as to the legality of all contracts authorized under this subchapter to which the board is a party.
