Sec. 15.613. CERTIFICATION OF PROJECT.

(a)An eligible lending institution must obtain from a director of a soil and water conservation district certification of an agricultural or silvicultural nonpoint source pollution control project proposed for the district. The certification must state that:
(1)the applicant of the proposed project has a water quality management plan certified by the State Soil and Water Conservation Board; and
(2)the project furthers or implements the plan.
(b)An eligible lending institution must obtain from the executive director certification of a proposed nonpoint source pollution control project that is not an agricultural or silvicultural nonpoint source pollution control project.
