Sec. 55.174. PROHIBITION ON CHARGE FOR CERTAIN CALLS. A provider may not charge a person making a call on a pay telephone for:
(1)local directory assistance; or
(2)a call made under Chapter 771 or 772 , Health and Safety Code.
