Sec. 53.065. INTEREXCHANGE SERVICES; RATES OF INCUMBENT LOCAL EXCHANGE COMPANY.

(a)An incumbent local exchange company's rates for interexchange telecommunications services must be statewide average rates except as ordered by the commission after application and hearing.
