Sec. 52.1035. RENEWAL OF CERTAIN CERTIFICATES.

(a)The commission by rule shall require each holder of a certificate of operating authority and holder of a service provider certificate of operating authority to file with the commission on a one-time or regular basis:
(1)the certificate holder's name;
(2)the certificate holder's address; and
(3)the most recent version of each annual report the commission requires the certificate holder to file under this subtitle.
(b)The rules must:
(1)require the commission to automatically allow a certificate holder an extension of a filing deadline for the number of days prescribed by the rule, as applicable; and
(2)state that the certificate of a holder will not be valid after the last day of the automatic extension period described by Subdivision
