Sec. 52.060. ADMINISTRATIVE FEE OR ASSESSMENT. The commission may prescribe and collect a fee or assessment from local exchange companies necessary to recover the cost to the commission and to the office of activities carried out and services provided under this subchapter and Section 12.203 .
