Sec. 251.062. FEES AND RATES.

(a)Except as provided by this section, the corporation may not, for any reason, impose an assessment, fee, or other charge, including a charge for inputting data, against an operator.
(b)Before January 15 of each year, a Class A facility operator shall pay to the corporation a fee of $50 for services to be performed by the corporation during that calendar year. A fee for a part of a year may not be prorated. SUBCHAPTER C. NOTIFICATION CENTERS
