Sec. 161.066. CERTIFICATE OF MEMBERSHIP.
(a)An electric cooperative shall issue a certificate of membership to a member who pays the member's membership fee in full.
(b)A certificate of membership is not transferable.
(c)A certificate of membership shall be surrendered to the cooperative on the resignation, expulsion, or death of the member.
