Sec. 121.307. POLLUTION OR PUBLIC SAFETY ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY: APPEALS.
(a)The district courts of Travis County have exclusive jurisdiction of the appeal of an order or decision of the railroad commission assessing an administrative penalty under Section 121.304 .
(b)Subchapter G , Chapter 2001 , Government Code, and the substantial evidence rule apply to an appeal under this section.
