Sec. 41.71. EVENING AND WEEKEND HEARINGS.
(a)An appraisal review board by rule shall provide for hearings on protests on a Saturday or after 5 p.m. on a weekday.
(b)The board may not schedule:
(1)the first hearing on a protest held on a weekday evening to begin after 7 p.m.; or
(2)a hearing on a protest on a Sunday.
