Sec. 201.355. GENERAL PENALTY.

(a)A person commits an offense if the person violates or fails to comply with any provision of this chapter.
(b)An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000. A separate offense is committed each day that a violation of a provision of this chapter continues. SUBCHAPTER I. CLASSIFICATION OF TAX AND ALLOCATION OF REVENUE
