Sec. 162.360. ISSUANCE AND DISPLAY OF LICENSE.

(a)If the comptroller approves a license application, the comptroller shall issue a license to the applicant. A license holder shall post the license in a conspicuous place or keep the license available for inspection at the license holder's principal place of business. A license holder shall keep a copy of the license at each place of business or other place of storage from which compressed natural gas or liquefied natural gas is sold or delivered.
(b)An interstate trucker's license holder shall reproduce the license and carry a photocopy with each motor vehicle being operated in or traveling to or from this state.
