Sec. 623.105. PENALTY FOR COMPENSATING CERTAIN UNLAWFUL ACTIONS.

(a)A person commits an offense if the person:
(1)provides compensation to another for the movement of a manufactured home over a highway, road, or street in this state; and
(2)knows the other person is not authorized by law to move the home.
(b)An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of $1,000. SUBCHAPTER F. PORTABLE BUILDING UNITS
