Without reference to the amendment of this section by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 942, Sec. 6, this section was repealed by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 941, Sec. 44 effective September 1, 2001. Sec. 622.136. PENALTY. A person commits an offense if the person fails in violation of Section 622.134 (d) to carry or present the copy of the bond filed with the department. An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $200.
