Sec. 548.506. FEE FOR CERTIFICATION AS INSPECTOR.
(a)The commission by rule shall establish reasonable and necessary fees for certification as an inspector.
(b)The fees established under this section may not be less than an amount equal to:
(1)$25 for initial certification until August 31 of the even-numbered year following the date of certification; and
(2)$25 as a certificate fee for each subsequent two-year period.
