Sec. 504.309. MILITARY ACADEMY LICENSE PLATES. The department shall issue specialty license plates for persons who:

(1)are graduates of:

(A)the United States Military Academy;

(B)the United States Naval Academy;

(C)the United States Air Force Academy;

(D)the United States Merchant Marine Academy; or

(E)the United States Coast Guard Academy; and

(2)are current or former commissioned officers of the United States armed forces.

Sec. 504.309. MILITARY ACADEMY LICENSE PLATES. The department shall issue specialty license plates for persons who:
