Sec. 502.472. OPERATION OF VEHICLE UNDER IMPROPER REGISTRATION. A person commits an offense if the person operates a motor vehicle that has not been registered or registered for a class other than that to which the vehicle belongs as required by law. Transferred, redesignated and amended from Transportation Code, Section 502.402 by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1296 (H.B. 2357 ), Sec. 156, eff. January 1, 2012.
