Sec. 463.304. CONDUCT OF HEARING.
(a)The board of directors described by Section 463.301 creating an authority shall conduct public hearings on the creation.
(b)Any person may appear at a hearing and offer evidence on:
(1)the creation of the authority;
(2)the operation of a public transportation system;
(3)the public utility and public interest served in the creation of an authority; or
(4)other facts bearing on the creation of an authority.
(c)A hearing may be continued until completed.
