Sec. 463.251. COMPOSITION.
(a)The executive committee of an authority is the board of directors of the regional planning commission established for the area of the authority under Chapter 391 , Local Government Code.
(b)Service on the executive committee by a public officer or employee is an additional duty of the office or employment.
