Sec. 460.405. PROHIBITIONS.
(a)Federal funds and appropriated state funds may not be spent by or on behalf of an authority to influence or affect the award or outcome of a state or federal contract, loan, or cooperative agreement.
(b)This section does not apply to:
(1)a contested administrative matter; or
(2)pending or reasonably anticipated litigation.
