Sec. 452.711. INTERIM EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE.
(a)Each subregional board shall select its representative to the interim executive committee before the confirmation election.
(b)The interim executive committee, after its organization, shall develop a service plan and determine a proposed tax rate.
