Sec. 452.708. RESOLUTION OR ORDER.

(a)After hearing the evidence presented at the hearings, but not earlier than 75 days after the date the process is initiated by the creating entity, each creating entity may adopt a resolution or order:
(1)designating the name of the authority;
(2)listing the names of the municipalities the governing bodies of which, and listing the unincorporated areas the county commissioners courts of which, have confirmed initial inclusion in the authority; and
(3)authorizing the appointment of the interim subregional boards and interim executive committee.
(b)After the hearing, the results of the hearing and the boundaries set by the creating entities shall be sent to the Texas Department of Transportation and the comptroller.
