Sec. 452.523. MEMBERSHIP TERMS; VACANCIES.
(a)Each member of the executive committee serves a term of two years except the initial terms of two members are for one year. The subsequent terms are staggered.
(b)A vacancy on the committee may be filled by appointment of the governing body of the contiguous municipality.
