Sec. 441.211. PETITION FOR ANNEXATION.
(a)Any property owner may file with the board a petition requesting that the real property be annexed to the district. The property is not required to be contiguous to the district.
(b)The petition must:
(1)describe the property by metes and bounds, or if there is a recorded plat of the property, by lot and block number; and
(2)be executed as provided by law for the conveyance of real property.
