Sec. 441.133. CONVEYANCE REQUIRED.
(a)A district shall convey a road facility to the governmental entity designated in the district's petition to the commission on completion and approval by the board of the construction, acquisition, or improvement and on approval by the commission.
(b)The district shall convey the road facility free and clear of district indebtedness and may not convey a road that is encumbered.
