Sec. 315.093. ESTOPPEL.

(a)A person who does not bring suit within the period prescribed by Section 315.092 or who does not diligently and in good faith prosecute a suit to final judgment may not contest or raise as a defense in another action the validity of a proceeding or an assessment, lien, or personal liability imposed by the proceeding.
(b)Estoppel under this section binds a person's heirs, successors, administrators, and assigns.
