Sec. 315.075. PAYMENT FROM AVAILABLE MONEY.
(a)The cost of lighting improvements made without a petition by property owners shall be paid by the municipality out of the municipality's available money.
(b)The amount paid by a municipality to a contractor under this section shall be reimbursed to the municipality by assessments against abutting property owners under this chapter.
