Sec. 312.067. RIGHT TO APPEAL.
(a)A property owner against whose property or against whom an assessment has been made may appeal to a court the decision of the governing body of the municipality. The appeal must be brought not later than the 20th day after the date on which an assessment is made.
(b)An assessment becomes final at the end of the period provided for appeal if an appeal is not brought.
