Sec. 23.003. DOMESTIC CORPORATION ORGANIZED UNDER SPECIAL STATUTE. A corporation organized under a special statute other than this code is not considered a "domestic corporation" formed under this code, although this code may apply to the corporation. SUBCHAPTER B.
