Sec. 225.102. CAPTAIN JESSE BILLINGSLEY MEMORIAL LOOP IN BASTROP COUNTY.

(a)State Highway Loop 223 in McDade, Bastrop County, is designated as the Captain Jesse Billingsley Memorial Loop.

(b)Subject to Section 225.021 (c), the department shall:

(1)design and construct markers indicating the designation as the Captain Jesse Billingsley Memorial Loop and any other appropriate information; and

(2)erect a marker at each end of the loop and at appropriate intermediate sites along the loop.
