Sec. 225.085. CHIEF PETTY OFFICER (SOC) STEPHEN "MATT" MILLS BRIDGE.

(a)The structure on Loop 150 located in the city of Bastrop connecting the east and west banks of the Colorado River is designated as the Chief Petty Officer (SOC) Stephen "Matt" Mills Bridge.
(b)Subject to Section 225.021 (c), the department shall:
(1)design and construct markers indicating the designation as the Chief Petty Officer (SOC) Stephen "Matt" Mills Bridge and any other appropriate information; and
(2)erect a marker at each end of the structure.
