Sec. 201.756. LOCAL GOVERNMENT SPONSOR RESPONSIBILITIES. A local government sponsor that submits notice under Section 201.755 is responsible for preparing all materials for:

(1)project scope determination;
(2)environmental reports;
(3)the environmental review document;
(4)environmental permits and conditions;
(5)coordination with resource agencies; and
(6)public participation.
