Sec. 201.303. USE OF UNIVERSITY LABORATORIES FOR ANALYZING MATERIALS. The director may use laboratories maintained at Texas A&M University and The University of Texas to test and analyze road and bridge material. Persons in charge of the laboratories shall cooperate with and assist the director with those tests and analyses. SUBCHAPTER F. DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEES
