Sec. 201.206. DONATIONS AND CONTRIBUTIONS.

(a)For the purpose of carrying out its functions and duties, the department may accept, from any source, a donation or contribution in any form, including realty, personalty, money, materials, or services.
(b)The department may enter into an agreement with a donor to publicly acknowledge donations made to the department. The public acknowledgment may not contain comparative or qualitative descriptions of the donor's products, services, facilities, or companies.
(c)If a person makes a donation to the department's roadside assistance and safety service patrol program, the department may post an acknowledgment of the donation on a vehicle or equipment the department uses for the program.
