Sec. 201.2041. SUBMISSION OF FINANCIAL AUDIT TO SUNSET COMMISSION.
(a)The department shall submit with its agency report under Section 325.007 , Government Code, a complete and detailed financial audit conducted by an independent certified public accountant.
(b)Subsection (a) does not apply if the department is subject to sunset review during the previous two-year period.
