Text of section effective on April 01, 2027 Sec. 9092.0405. AUDIT REPORT.

(a)The audit report prepared under Subchapter G , Chapter 49 , Water Code, shall be submitted at the first regular board meeting after the audit is completed.

(b)A copy of the audit report shall be filed:

(1)as required by Section 49.194 , Water Code;

(2)with the district's depository; and

(3)in the office of the auditor who performed the audit.

(c)The copies described by Subsection (b) must be open to public inspection, in accordance with Section 49.196 , Water Code.

Sec. 9092.0405. AUDIT REPORT. (a) The audit report prepared under Subchapter G , Chapter 49 , Water Code, shall be submitted at the first regular board meeting after the audit is completed.

(1) as required by Section 49.194 , Water Code;
(2) with the district's depository; and
