Sec. 9055.203. COLLECTION OF DISTRICT TAXES; CONTRACTS FOR PERFORMANCE OF ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES.

(a)The City of Decatur shall collect all taxes imposed by the district.
(b)The district may enter into a contract with the City of Decatur under which municipal employees, including the tax collector and assessor of the municipality, perform administrative duties that might otherwise require the district to employ personnel. SUBCHAPTER F. BONDS
