Sec. 9011.104. BALLOT PETITION.
(a)A person who wants to have the person's name printed on the ballot as a candidate for director must present to the board secretary a petition requesting that action.
(b)The petition must be:
(1)signed by at least 10 residents of the district who are registered voters; and
(2)presented to the secretary not later than the 11th day before the date of the election.
