Sec. 8888.254. BONDS SECURED BY CONTRACT PROCEEDS: APPROVAL.

(a)If bonds issued under this subchapter are secured by a pledge of the proceeds of a contract between the authority and a municipality or other governmental agency, authority, or district, the authority shall submit to the attorney general a copy of the contract and the proceedings of the municipality or other governmental agency, authority, or district authorizing the contract.
(b)If the attorney general finds that the bonds have been authorized and the contract has been made in accordance with law, the attorney general shall approve the bonds and contract.
