Sec. 8888.161. GENERAL CONTRACTING AUTHORITY.

(a)The authority may enter into a contract with any person on terms the board considers desirable, fair, and advantageous for the performance of its rights and powers under this chapter.
(b)The authority may enter into a contract with any person regarding the performance of any purpose or function of the authority, including a contract to jointly construct, finance, own, or operate works, improvements, facilities, plants, equipment, or appliances necessary to accomplish a purpose or function of the authority. A contract may be of unlimited duration.
(c)Notwithstanding any inconsistent provision of general law or of a home-rule municipal charter or ordinance, the authority and a municipality may, after January 1, 2002, enter into a contract o
