Sec. 8888.157. GROUNDWATER REDUCTION PLAN.

(a)The authority may develop, implement, participate in, and enforce a groundwater reduction plan. The groundwater reduction plan is binding on persons and wells in the authority.
(b)The groundwater reduction plan may be amended at the discretion of the authority subject to the requirements and procedures of the subsidence district applicable to the amendment of groundwater reduction plans.
(c)The groundwater reduction plan may exceed the minimum requirements imposed by the subsidence district, including any applicable groundwater reduction requirements.
(d)The authority may contract on mutually agreeable terms with a person located outside the authority to allow the person to be included in the groundwater reduction plan. A contract entered i
