Sec. 8887.151. LIMITATION ON MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION TAX. To pay the maintenance and operating expenses of the district, including the maintenance of its installations and activities, the district may impose ad valorem taxes annually at a rate not to exceed five cents on each $100 of assessed valuation on property in the district subject to taxation.
