Sec. 8513.0603. PUBLIC HEARING; NOTICE.

(a)If the board orders an election under Section 8513.0602 , the board must hold a public hearing in each county in the authority to discuss the proposed tax issue.
(b)Each public hearing must be held:
(1)not less than 10 days before the date of the scheduled election; and
(2)not more than 25 days before the date of the scheduled election.
(c)Notice of the public hearing must be given by publishing the notice in at least one newspaper of general circulation in each county where the hearing is to be held. The notice must:
(1)be published at least 10 days before the date of the hearing; and
(2)include the time, day, date, place, and purpose of the hearing.
