Sec. 8513.0320. PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATIONS AND SURVEYS.
(a)The authority may make preliminary investigations and surveys in the manner and for the purposes specified in Chapters 49 and 51 , Water Code, or other applicable general law.
(b)The authority may make a preliminary investigation or survey independently at its own cost or jointly with others or may contribute to the cost of a preliminary investigation or survey made by another.
(c)For purposes of procuring cooperation by the federal government, any project lawfully within the scope of the purposes of this chapter may be approved for construction as a federal project under such contractual terms as may be demanded by the United States Congress.
