Text of section effective on April 01, 2027 Sec. 8512.0402. ACCOUNTS, CONTRACTS, AND OTHER RECORDS; PUBLIC INSPECTION.
(a)The authority shall keep complete and accurate accounts conforming to approved methods of bookkeeping.
(b)The accounts and all contracts, documents, and records of the authority shall be kept at an official authority office.
(c)The contracts shall be open to public inspection at all reasonable times.
